On a Thursday morning last year, Sapari, a cemetery caretaker in Bonasari in East Java, made a disturbing discovery. Underneath the frangipani trees that stand as sentinels over the graves, he found neatly dug holes. Graves had been robbed.

New Hampshire court rules Bigfoot costumes OK in state parks
The New Hampshire Supreme Court has ruled in favor of Bigfoot's right to romp around Mount Monadnock -- and against a state regulation governing special events at parks. The court ruled unanimously Friday that the language of the regulation is so broad it would apply to six people holding a private prayer service, three people carrying campaign signs at a mountain's peak or even a lone protester

Mysterious horse mutilation in Cornwall, UK, blamed on Satanism
The stallion was found dead in a field in Stithians on Monday with knife injuries to its head and body. The attack, which happened shortly after St Winebald Day - a date on the Satanic calendar - has prompted speculation of a ritualistic killing.
