Scientists propose sending a 'boat' into outer space to land a sea of liquid methane on Saturn's moon Titan.

Dr Ellen Stofan of Proxemy Research hopes to persuade NASA that a boat-like spacecraft could land and float along the Ligeia Mare sea of Saturn's moon, Titan.
