UFO columnist Jeff Peckman collected enough local signatures for a petition to create a commission to prepare residents of Denver, Colorado for possible future encounters with alien visitors.

Jeff Peckman, of the Denver Examiner has been working on his Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission for over a year, and finally has gotten over 4000 thousand signatures for his commission, which will now be voted on next year at the voting ballet.
