Dead chupacabra appears on side of Minnesota road...or just another unidentified critter?

The mowed-down remains of a small white mammal have captured the imaginations of residents of Douglas County, Minnesota. Although the creature resembles a badger, its tail has left wildlife officals perplexed. Could we be looking at the Montauk Monster Midwest?

After political shakeup, Zahi Hawass (and SEVERE critic of ancient alien hypothesis) is fired from his post as Minister of State for Antiquities Affairs!

After nearly a decade as chief of Egypt's antiquities, Zahi Hawass is now out of a job.  The 64-year-old archaeologist was fired yesterday by Prime Minister Essam Sharaf as part of a wider shakeup of his cabinet. Protestors at Cairo's Tahrir Square had been calling for his ouster as minister of antiquities for months. "All the devils united against me," Hawass told Science Insider.

Nessie-like sea monster photographed in Alaska

A video from 2009 shows something mysterious moving across the surface of the sea that resembles an Alaskan version of the Loch Ness monster.  Some are claiming that the animal is a "Cadborosaurus," a type of reptile or lizard that got its name from Cadboro Bay, in British Columbia. They say that what's in the video is a sea serpent that dwells in the North Pacific and possibly other regions.

Bigfoot sightings frequent the town of Chatham, Illinois

UFO spotted over Minnesota
A Minnesota witness reports watching and photographing an unusual, silent object in the sky that moved horizontally, "paused for about three minutes," and then continued moving across the sky, according to July 18, 2011, testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

Giant crop circle appears near Stonehenge!

Who built Stonehenge has long been the subject of debate among scholars.  But now the ancient site has offered up another conundrum - in the form of a giant crop circle.  This impressive 200ft design appeared within sight of the ancient monument yesterday.  And as ever the debate will rise as to who is responsible.

Communion wafer 'miraculously' turns blood red in a St. Paul, Minnesota church
A consecrated host that fell to the floor last month at St. Augustine Catholic Church in South St. Paul should have dissolved soon afterward. Instead, it turned blood red.  Now Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis officials are investigating whether they have a possible miracle on their hands or if something like a fungus or bacteria could be causing the change in color.
