Nessie sighted by locals of Loch Ness 

FOYERS shop and cafe owner Jan Hargreaves and her husband Simon believe they caught a glimpse of Loch Ness’s most elusive resident — Nessie.  It was while taking a break on the store’s front decking — looking out to the loch — when Mrs Hargreaves and kitchen worker Graham Baine spotted an unusual figure cutting a strange shape through the water.

Fist fights, drug use and other shenanigans abound at annual Summer Solstice at Stonehenge!

The summer solstice is meant to be a night and dawn of peace, love and amazement. But not all of those attending the celebrations at Stonehenge entered into the spirit of the event.  Druids, pagans and revellers watched as two men, one shirtless, staged a fist fight at the ancient monument in Wiltshire.

German Sea Life aquarium in search of next psychic octopus!

It's not every day you meet a psychic octopus like the one that predicted eight World Cup wins in a row last summer, but that isn't stopping a German aquarium chain from trying.  In honor of the Women's World Cup, which begins June 26 in Sinsheim, Germany, the Sea Life aquarium chain is looking for the next incarnation of Paul, the octopus who amazed the world by correctly predicting the results of Germany’s matches in the 2010 World Cup, according to TheLocal.de.

Rising Asian economy creates more UFO sightings, including aliens using land line phones to contact humans!

Everybody from fund managers to jet-setting diplomats is talking about the world's center of gravity shifting to Asia. Now, extraterrestrials appear to be taking notice, too.  Trackers in Colorado at the Mutual UFO Network, one of the oldest unidentified-flying-object research organizations in this world, say that since the slump of the Western banking system in 2008, UFO sightings among Asia's fast-growing economies have accelerated. UFO over South Africa was satellite debris!

Those who saw the bright light on Tuesday night described it as a glowing circle or ring moving fast towards Earth.  Brad Inggs, a director at the institute, yesterday said the object was part of a rocket launched in Russia in January.

UFO sighted over Sweden

Video evidence of a new UFO sighting has emerged in Sweden. The UFO was spotted at 7PM on the evening of February 12, 2011. The video was posted on YouTube by a user who claims to have shot the unidentified flying object from several different angles from an apartment window. This video hasn't yet generated the excitement of the recent UFO seen hovering over Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem last month.

Residents of Devon and Cornwall, England have made dozens of emergency phone calls concerning ghost (including the spectre of actor Paul Newman) and UFO sightings according to newly released files under the Freedom of Information Act

Officers say one emergency call came from a man who rang police claiming to have seen the ghosts of ''two old ladies in a white Fiesta'' on a dual carriageway.  Other worried calls came from people who spotted ghosts or poltergeists on CCTV cameras and another who said he'd seen a ghost which could ''make me a million quid''.  Dozens more calls were also made claiming to have seen aliens including one man reporting that his wife and dog were being abducted by Martians.  More than 150 calls, details of which were released under the Freedom of Information Act, claimed to have seen spooks or UFOs were made to Devon and Cornwall Police over the past 15 years.  One caller claimed a spectre gave him a ''horrible hairstyle and some dodgy photos. Ghost is Paul Newman.''
