Over 200 reports across Devon and Cornwall of mysterious 'big cats'!

More than 200 sightings of big cats made over the last decade have been reported to Devon and Cornwall Police, which has opened its own “beast” files for the first time. The force has logged 205 sightings from all over the two counties since 2000, although numbers have tailed off significantly in recent years. British druid King Arthur Pendragon loses legal battle to stop researchers from examining human remains at Stongehenge

King Arthur Pendragon wanted the remains found in 2008 to be reburied immediately.  He was fighting a Ministry of Justice decision allowing scientists at Sheffield University to analyse the samples for five more years.

Overnight renovation workers at the National Archeological Museum in Naples, claims it might be haunted!

An Italian museum has called in ghost hunters after workers carrying out overnight renovations downed tools claiming the building was haunted.  Builders say they have heard chilling screams, felt temperatures suddenly plunge and even seen ghosts while working at the National Archaeological Museum in Naples, Italy.

Psychic British ex-police constable loses harassment court case against Manchester police

A psychic who claimed he was being harassed by police officers after being sacked by the force has had his case thrown out of court. Alan Power, 64, was briefly employed by Greater Manchester Police training special constables – but was sacked in October 2008 after bosses learned he had tried to involve officers in psychic research.

Siberian village plagued with goat livestock being drained of all their blood...is it a vampire or chupacabra?!

A blood-sucking creature is preying upon goats near Novosibirsk. As rational explanations run thin on the ground, the specter of the so-called chupacabra raises its demon head. School girl miraculously returns to life in Zimbabwe morgue!

The school authorities had earlier sent the girl home so she could get treatment after she had complained of a severe headache. She reportedly collapsed while at home, resulting in her being rushed to a medical centre in the Avenues.  “It appears she had not died, but had fallen into a comma and she regained consciousness while in the mortuary, perhaps because of the cold. Fortunately an attendant heard her coughing and assisted her,” said a teacher at the school.

New Hampshire commemorates the site of the famous Betty and Barney Hill UFO abduction

Cursed British arcade owner willing to pay two grand to whoever can help break the curse!

Doug Hill, who owns The Gauntlet shopping arcade in the town, received the curse disguised as a sympathy card.  Mr Hill said: "What they're doing is messing with people's lives, but I'm not taking the curse seriously."  The inside of the card includes symbols such as an inverted pentagram and Latin phrases.

Giant crop circle appears near Stonehenge!

Communion wafer 'miraculously' turns blood red in a St. Paul, Minnesota church

A consecrated host that fell to the floor last month at St. Augustine Catholic Church in South St. Paul should have dissolved soon afterward. Instead, it turned blood red.  Now Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis officials are investigating whether they have a possible miracle on their hands or if something like a fungus or bacteria could be causing the change in color.

Nessie sighted by locals of Loch Ness 

FOYERS shop and cafe owner Jan Hargreaves and her husband Simon believe they caught a glimpse of Loch Ness’s most elusive resident — Nessie.  It was while taking a break on the store’s front decking — looking out to the loch — when Mrs Hargreaves and kitchen worker Graham Baine spotted an unusual figure cutting a strange shape through the water.

British journalist Anne Diamond almost buys haunted house!

First, I should say that I don’t believe in ghosts. Never have. I’m far too sensible ever to be spooked by the unexplained or mysterious.  But when the postman told me: ‘They found her lying on the living room floor; she’d been dead for two weeks,’ his words sent a chill down my spine.

English villagers of Woodland, confused over the noisy mystery known as only as 'the Hum'

Now a tiny English village is the latest community to claim to be being hit by the phenomenon known as "the hum".  Residents of Woodland, in County Durham, claim that every night a noise permeates the air similar to the throb of a car engine.  It is sometimes so strong that it even shakes the bed of one of the householders.

Experts believe the Marlborough Mounds near Wiltshire, in England, may be the burial home of legendary wizard Merlin!

Radiocarbon dating tests were carried out on charcoal samples taken from Marlborough Mound, which lies in Marlborough College's grounds.  The 19m (62ft) high mound had previously mystified historians. Some believed it dated back to about 600 AD.  English Heritage said: "This is a very exciting time for British prehistory."
