Bright light transforms into a mysterious portal over Florida resident's lawn according to MUFON

A Florida witness has no explanation after watching a small, bright, white light that moved across his lawn and then opened up into what seemed to be a portal, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.  "So here I am leaning out of our screen room watching as a very bright, very small (maybe 1 quarter of an inch) light no more than 36 inches from me," the witness stated. "I didn’t know what to think, then (heres the good part) I could see some kind of a square outline in the middle of the light, and then all of a sudden it shot up into some type of a portal within maybe 4 inches off the ground, and it was gone."

European International Agency for Research on Cancer finds links between cancer and cellphone use inconclusive! 

 Using a mobile phone does not appear to increase the risk of developing certain types of brain cancer, the largest study of its kind has concluded.  Analysis of more than 10,000 people by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) found no relationship between years of use and risk.  There is no known biological mechanism by which mobiles could cause cancer, but there has been public concern.  It is hoped this study will allay some anxieties, as research continues.  The overall rate of brain cancer has not risen in countries where use has long been prevalent - like Sweden, and studies have mostly found no evidence of an increased risk. This latest research is consistent with this.

30 UFO's sighted over Bexley, a small town outside London, England.

People have been puzzled for weeks now after residents in the small London town of Bexley witnessed strange lights in the sky that lasted for approximately 20 minutes. One witness says there were up to 30 "flying crafts."  For centuries, astronomical amounts of people ranging from average citizens to experienced members of the armed forces to high-ranking government officials have claimed they have seen a UFO or UFOs.

Tube-like UFO spotted over Somerville, New Jersey

Somerville police were flooded with phone calls this morning after residents reported seeing a large tube-like object fluttering through the sky.  Police said they were swamped with phone calls after a flurry of callers reported to radio station NJ 101.5 that a UFO was flying above the area. Residents then began calling the Somerville Police Department to report the object.

UFO spotted over Capri, Florida causes full house at Town Hall.

Residents came out in droves Tuesday night to share their stories of UFO sightings and hear an investigator share his findings about strange objects seen over Capri.  Morgan Beall of Fort Myers, state section director of the Mutual Unidentified Flying Object Network, said he continues to study the Capri sightings.  “This Capri case is very credible and very interesting,” Beall. “It cannot be explained at this time, and so for now I am calling it unidentifiable.  Beall told about 100 people gathered at the Capri Community Center for what was billed as a UFO town hall that “all of the people I interviewed on Capri seemed very credible and very direct.  “We were able to work together and talk openly about the sightings that could be explained like celestial objects such as Venus or the moon,” Beall continued. “Still, some are unidentifiable.”  Beall said he is fascinated that so many around Capri had seen the objects.

UFO stuns Chestnut, England couple.

A Chestnut couple were left “stunned” after a close encounter with a UFO in the town.  An eyewitness known only as Brandon was walking from Cheshunt railway station with his girlfriend at 10.50pm on May 5 when they sighted the “very bright red/orange” unidentified flying object aglow in the sky above.  He wrote on a UFO watchers’ website: “It definitely wasn’t a plane or helicopter and we have no RAF bases around here. Its movement didn’t suggest that it was a lantern either. It was gliding along and we watched it for a couple of minutes until it suddenly just faded away as if it had shot straight up within seconds until it was completely gone.”

Mystery light floats above Denver, Colorado sky is really Venus.

 All it took was a call to the Astronomy department at the University of Denver to solve the mystery of a strange light seen in the sky over Colorado last weekend.  No, it was not a UFO. But it was definitely out of this world.  "That's Venus," DU Physics and Astronomy professor Jennifer Hoffman told us after watching Jai Harris's video.  Harris captured home video of the bright light in the northwest sky over Colorado on May 8 from her home in Denver's Park Hill neighborhood, and then uploaded the video to YouTube.  "I quickly went to get my camera. I opened the iris all the way and zoomed in all the way," Harris said. "It was much brighter than the stars and much, much lower."

UFO with Triangle-lights flies over Los Angeles, California.

A California witness reported a triangle-shaped UFO with 6 lights flew over Los Angeles on May 10, 2010, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.  The witness said the object was visible in the sky for about 5 seconds.  The lights appeared to be the color of the moon. The object then seemed to “rotate or tumble” and was soon gone as it moved south.
