Known for it's paranormal activity, the Burnett Arms Hotel in Kemnay, Aberdeenshire, Scotland is looking for a new owner to buy the pub along with it's infamous ghost and former owner Maggie Duffton. She's been haunting the establishment since her demise in 1931.
