(Unbelievable UPDATE) Republican lawmaker Marc Cole's bill at the Virginia House of Delgates passed with a 88-9 majority vote, prohibiting the involuntary implantation of microchips into human beings, because microchipping an individual could be the 'Mark of the Beast', one of the many prophetic signs of the reign of the Anti-Christ!
